Choosing hair extensions can feel like a big decision, especially if you've never had them before. My goal is to make the process feel simple, relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish.
From your first consultation to your ongoing maintenance appointments, I'll guide you every step of the way so you always know exactly what to expect.

STEP 1: YOUR CONSULTATION
The moment you walk through the door, my goal is for you to feel relaxed, comfortable and completely at ease.
I know that talking about your hair can feel surprisingly emotional. Many of my clients have spent years feeling frustrated by their fine hair. They've tried the products, styling tricks and volume hacks, yet still feel like their hair never quite reflects how they want to look and feel.

This is a private 1:1 appointment in a safe, supportive environment where we can openly discuss your concerns, your goals and what you're hoping to achieve.
One of my favourite questions to ask is:
"If I had a magic wand, what would you love to achieve with your hair?"

For some women, it's a fuller ponytail. For others, it's more volume, more body or simply feeling more confident when they look in the mirror.

There is absolutely no pressure to proceed. My job isn't to sell you hair extensions.

STEP 2: COLOUR MATCHING & PLANNING
Once you've decided you'd like to move forward, we'll begin planning your transformation.

✓ Complete your consultation form
✓ Go through your personalised quote
✓ Take your booking fee
✓ Secure your fitting appointment
✓ Order your bespoke hair

This is usually the moment clients start to get really excited because everything suddenly becomes real. Your fitting appointment is booked, your hair is ordered and you're one step closer to having the hair you've always wanted.

STEP 3: YOUR FITTING APPOINTMENT
The exciting part. This is the day your new hair comes to life.
✓ Fit and blend your extensions
✓ Style your new hair
✓ Show you how to care for your extensions
✓ Book your complimentary follow-up appointment
You'll leave with fuller, more confident hair and everything you need to care for it at home.
​STEP 4: COMPLIMENTARY FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT
Around two weeks later, you'll return for a complimentary follow-up appointment.

✓ Check your extensions are settling beautifully
✓ Answer any questions you may have
✓ Make any small adjustments if needed
✓ Ensure you're completely happy with your new hair
✓ Book your next refitting appointment

To secure your refitting appointment, a £50 booking fee is required. This can either be paid on the day of your follow-up appointment or requested online afterwards, whichever is most convenient for you.
I want you to feel confident, comfortable and fully supported throughout your hair journey.

STEP 5: REFITTING & STRANDCARE MEMBERSHIP
To keep your extensions looking beautiful and your natural hair healthy, refitting appointments are recommended every 6-8 weeks.
During your refitting appointment, we will:
✓ Remove and refit your extensions
✓ Check the health of your natural hair
✓ Refresh your style
✓ Answer any questions you may have
For added convenience, many clients choose to join the StrandCare Membership, allowing them to spread the cost of their refitting appointments into manageable monthly payments.
